The Hedgehog in the Fog tells the story of a small hedgehog who is on his way to visit his friend, the little bear, to drink tea and count the stars. On his journey, he finds himself lost in a thick fog that transforms his trip into a strange and mysterious adventure. He encounters various creatures, including a silent horse and a mysterious presence underwater, evoking both fascination and fear. Lost and disoriented, he faces his anxieties before eventually finding his way back. This poetic short film, directed by Yuriy Norshteyn in 1975, is a visual meditation on the unknown, wonder, and solitude.
