The front depicts the portrait of Petar Kocic (1877-1916) was a Serbian writer and revolutionary from Bosnia and Herzegovina. He is famous for his literary works which depict the struggles and aspirations of the Serbian people under Austro-Hungarian occupation. Kocic played an important role in promoting Serbian national consciousness and resisting foreign domination. As a key figure in the political and cultural life of his time, he actively participated in revolutionary movements aimed at challenging Austro-Hungarian authority in Bosnia and Herzegovina. His literary legacy continues to be studied for its historical and cultural significance in Serbian and Bosnian literature.
The reverse shows the coat of arms (gules), with a double-headed eagle argent (white), beaked, tongued and limbed or, a silver cross, surrounded by four silver lighters, arranged two by two back to back.
