The Royal Monastery of Brou is an architectural complex located in Bourg-en-Bresse, France, built between 1506 and 1532 during the reign of Margaret of Austria. It consists of a flamboyant Gothic church, a cloister with two-level galleries, and a renowned mausoleum housing the tombs of Margaret of Austria, Philibert the Handsome, and Margaret of Bourbon. This site is an exceptional example of Renaissance religious architecture in France and is open to the public for the admiration of its architecture and artworks.
