The Basilica of Saint Thérèse in Lisieux, Normandy, is an imposing neo-Byzantine structure built to honor Saint Thérèse of the Child Jesus after her canonization. Its construction took place from 1929 to 1954, and it was consecrated in 1954. This basilica, reminiscent of the grandeur of the Sacré-Cœur Basilica in Montmartre, has been recognized as a "20th-century Heritage Site". It was listed as a historical monument on September 14, 2010, and classified on September 7, 2014, due to its cultural and architectural significance.
